    Race #5

    #4 CALLSPORTS (ML=3/1)
    #2 YASIE (ML=8/1)
    #6 SHOW HERO (ML=9/2)

CALLSPORTS - A win percentage the likes of what Dominguez and Wolfendale have achieved together is tremendous. The Wolfendale barn does well with horses off the claim. Just claimed this steed, expect an improvement YASIE - This filly surprised everybody by running second May 3rd. Jock hops right back on board after getting to know the magnificent animal by riding in the last race. That's always a good sign. This filly gets a weight break of -5 pounds from last race. Should help in this event. SHOW HERO - I usually like playing sprint horses who are 3-4 races into a comeback. Dropping 7 pounds from last race. Could be a deciding factor today.

    Vulnerable Contenders: #3 BUNIGAY (ML=2/1), #7 IT'S ALL LIES (ML=8/1), #8 SPENCERS STORM (ML=8/1)

BUNIGAY - The pace situation just isn't too promising for this early speedster. Many other horses would have to scratch to help her hopes. IT'S ALL LIES - Tough to wager on any horse to turn things around if there is no wager value to taking the shot. SPENCERS STORM - Pace makes the race. Tough for this early speedster to be able to manage the pace pressure from the rest of this bunch.

YASIE - Playing the top earnings per start animal is an angle which won't steer you wrong in the long run. I'm betting on this one.

    STRAIGHT WAGERS:
Bet on #4 CALLSPORTS to win if we can get at least 3/1 odds

    RECOMMENDED CHOICES

    # 2 CART'S TURN 7/2

    # 3 Z'S SNAPPY MISS 5/1

    # 4 DIAMOND LILO 8/1

CART'S TURN looks to be a quite good contender. This filly looks very good in this race since Mendoza has a strong winning percentage with horses going this distance. With a formidable return on investment of +1 this conditioner has shown decent results with entries running at this distance and surface. Z'S SNAPPY MISS - If you examine closely, this horse has some longshot possibilities. Will make a strong performance versus this group. Sukie has a win percentage of 18 over the last month. DIAMOND LILO - This field is much easier than the last one she was up against. This filly has some longshot angles I like to play.

    Mountaineer Park - Race 9

Race Type: Lone Stalker. SIR WARRICKONBASIL is the Lone Stalker of the race, but has been deemed a non-contender due to a low Platinum Figure or other overall low ratings. * KEY ANGLES * KEY TO PARIS: Horse has a TrackMaster "+" designation or an "L" designation. Today is a sprint and this is the horse's third or fourth start after a layoff. APHONIC: Horse ranks in the top three in average Equibase Speed Rating at the distance/surface. Horse's average winning distance is within half a furl ong of today's distance (within 50 yards if a Quarter Horse race). GENERAL ALEXANDER: Horse racing off a layoff of 90+ days and trainer's win percentage with horses coming off a layoff is at least 25. Horse ranks in the top three in average Equibas e Class Rating at the distance/surface. PIRATE SHIP: Horse ranks in the top three in average Equibase Speed Rating at the distance/surface. Horse ranks in the top three in average Equibase Class Rating at the distance/surface.

    Philadelphia - Race #10

    #3 TIGHT SPIN (ML=5/2)
    #6 PERCH (ML=8/1)
    #4 STAR OF SAHM (ML=7/2)

TIGHT SPIN - Failed as the favorite in her last start. Ran well considering the speed fig recorded was good enough to make her one of the contenders in today's event. I like to play this handicapping angle, a pony coming back off a solid race within the last month. PERCH - Should do well in this race. Weight shift of -5 from May 9th race at Philadelphia. I look for an increased ability in this race with the addition of Lasix for the second time. STAR OF SAHM - Last time this filly ran today's trip she got a figure that would probably win today's race. The recent bullet 39.0 work should put this filly on track for today's race.

    Vulnerable Contenders: #8 NASH'S VALAY (ML=5/1), #9 DERBY GIRL (ML=8/1)

NASH'S VALAY - Usually I need a sprinter to have some recent success in short distance contests in order to bet on her. When examining today's class rating, she will have to earn a better speed figure than in the last race to be competitive in this dirt sprint. DERBY GIRL - Equibase speed figs of 60/57/51 are going downward.

TIGHT SPIN - Horse did finish 2nd last out at Philadelphia, but was well ahead of the 3rd place finisher. To me, that's a good indication she could improve today and find her way to the winner's circle for the 1st time.

    STRAIGHT WAGERS:
Bet on #6 PERCH to win if we can get at least 9/2 odds

    Race 1

    RECOMMENDED CHOICES

    # 5 TARAS TACTICS 7/2

    # 1 SEDUM RED 6/1

    # 3 CLASSIES LIL BRO 8/1

TARAS TACTICS has a strong shot to take this race. Has strong front-end speed and ought to fare quite well against this group. Put up a competitive Equibase Speed Figure last time out. Has put up solid Equibase speed figs in longer quarter horse races in the past. SEDUM RED - He has recorded very good figures under today's conditions and ought to fare well against this group of horses in this race. He should be considered given the strong speed figures. CLASSIES LIL BRO - When a conditioner brings any pony back this quickly it is a positive signal. Has some positive handicapping angles which make this entrant a bet.

      No Problem :

We tend to have these ordeals from time to time here , but all thats needed is to clarify your stance and everything else will fall in place . Big failed to do that hence-forth ?

Sorry about the races missed and it would have been nice , but theres always another one on the horizon . As far as todays action in this thread , it comes from decent sources that the Philly race looks solid , but who knows after the gate opens our horse could be thinking of mating instead of running

A strong point for Perch is its his second dose of Lasix which takes a little time as with all medication . His odds dont hurt either , couple that with a real fair preformance last time out he could be due !

I try and give many views to many races so that everyone will likely find something they like , I rarely bet them all myself and post alot of different options from a lot of different people . As with any tip , it does one well to find the ones they feel comfortable with and I like your choice myself . Far to often no ones asks me what I like the best , and far to often they manage to choose the tipster whos on a cold run , not the case with your selection as he has been on a roll lately and has many books to his credit in this industry ..... trust me hes not a rookie !

Anyways thanks for asking and do so more often before plunking hard earned cash down , it cant hurt you !

            Hey Memphis

            MMM,

Hope all is well with you tonite.I can't play those daily horse plays(no acess to internet from work),but I noticed that Mountaineer is at night.

I'm ready for that walk now.I assume I should play the #9 to win,but what should I do with the rest?Should I tri-box them all or what?I don't want to have $100.00 ticket or anything, but I would like to play it.Any input would be appreciated.

P.S. I sure am glad my post from yesterday are off the main board now.Everytime I pulled up BC it was kind of embarassing.
            Thanks for the help.
