The track is in Des Moines IA. The race is sceduled for approximately 5:50 Central time. We did alot of work for this guy the last couple of months. I just heard the info this morning. His son David Anderson also is a trainer. He got banned from Fonner Park in Grand Island NE this year for feeding his horses a "milkshake" before they raced.

Stable boy!

Was offered a job once working @ Aksarben while in high school back in the early 70s but wouldn't of wanted to clean up @ a horse and a shake!!!! Glad i'm not the stable boy!!!

LOL I worked on the starting gate at Aksarben when I was in high school. I also hot walked horses while their stalls were getting cleaned and for exercise.

The "shake" he was feeding them wasn't ice cream it was made up of several enhancement drugs or something. Not sure if it made the horses any better but he did get banned for it.
