If you box three horses on a exzacta bet and two of the three hit but one of the horses was a scratch is it still avalid wager or is it a no bet? hc

the horse that was scratched is a refund, the other 2 are a go.
A three horse box, now is a 2 horse box.
If they ran 1-2 you hit the exacta and a refund on the scratch.
