Here goes i played a 4 horse trifecta that i boxed and i played for 48.00$ it won and the payoff on a 1$ bet was 25.30$ I also won the exact and i played a 12$ box and it paid 7.90 on a 1$ bet. My book claims he doesn't know how to figure and wants me to tell him how much i won!!! He knows i'm an amature and it swells fishy to me. Just want to make sure i get the right pay thanks hc both boxes i used 4 horses!Comment

On the tripple bet you net $2.60
on the Exacta bet you net -$4.10
for a total net of -$1.50
I would be very careful playing horses with a local. Not many locals pay full odds on horses.
Many only pay 50-1 on a win bet and 25-1 on an exotic bet. So if you hit an exacta or a tripple with a local, they will only pay $50
That's kinda hard to take if the bet pays $600 or moreComment
