No, I'm not
Tiger is just something I noticed myself.
Allen Jerkens was one of the boys. he would hang out with regular people around Saratoga and talk of some of his angles. These two were two of his best.

it's info, the only time I even attempt to cap the horses is when Saratoga is running.
I just know from the past that Jerkens horse in the 6th ( Tiger), should be alive with those karma moves
