#5 WORLDWIDE (ML=5/2)
WORLDWIDE - Trainer Ellis moves this thoroughbred down the ladder based on class rating points to face a weaker level today. Look for a good effort given this drop. This thoroughbred picks up a lot of money per start. I believe he can augment that bankroll in this event.
Vulnerable Contenders: #9 JUSTONETIMEBABY (ML=2/1), #4 AJAC (ML=5/1), #7 TOUCHING RAINBOWS (ML=6/1),
JUSTONETIMEBABY - This horse didn't do too much last time out of the box finishing eighth. No reason to expect any change in today's event. This grass horse hasn't yet proven that he can run on the main track. AJAC - Can't play this steed in today's sprint of 6 1/2 furlongs. Hasn't even finished in the money in a short distance contest lately. Difficult to keep stabbing at this kind of 'bridesmaid' horse. TOUCHING RAINBOWS - This less than sharp equine didn't go to the front end and didn't close any ground in the homestretch last time he ran. No picnic to bet on any mount in a short distance affair if he hasn't finished in the money in a sprint in the last couple months.
