  • Calder Race Course - May 15, 2010 Race 4

    Sat 5/15 Race # 4 at CRC a 2YO MSW going 4.5 Furlongs

ROCK GOD... Morning line 6-1. I marked this colt on a watch list. On 5/2 she tied for the second best work of the day at 4 furlongs. The Horse that got the bullet work on that day, at that distance was Duke of Mischief the winner of the Grade 2 Oaklawn Handicap. The horse tying his work was Westwood Pride who won as a short priced favorite at $32K level on 5/7.

I haven't 'capped the race or even looked at the form (yet) so I don't know anything about his starts or the competitions starts, just the strong work.

As always Best of luck to you with any plays you make.

I will add her... My dad picked her based on the name only.
Thanks and sorry for the show horse. Not feeling terrible when I I think that the horse was only considered based on a work, with no prior start.

                      Chunger my friend.......

Looking at the card and the results I'm looking at Meredith from race 2.... Sure looked like a speed favoring track today when the horses on the lead (1, 2, or 3) ended up winning, dirt races (excluding Paisono .10 favorite who broke down) Meredith closed on a speed favoring track 7.5 lengths back to be bested by 1/2 a length.

I'll keep trying for us my friend..... and BC
