  • How about a mild upset in the Stephen Foster?

    It's Race 10 Saturday at Churchill: $600,000 Grade 1 at 1 1/8.

The big favorite will be Einstein but I don't think natural dirt is his best surface and he's vulnerable in a strong field.

My play is #5 Researcher, 4-1 on the morning line. He has tactical speed and tons of stamina coming off a win in the Charles Town Classic over superstart Commentator. That race was at today's distance but 1 1/8 is three turns at Charles Town so this horse can carry his speed a long way.

Let's play him across the board and in an exacta box with #7 Asiatic Boy who makes his first American start after facing the best foreign dirt horses in Dubai the last few years.

I didn't get a chance to look at many other races for Saturday so this will be my biggest play of the day and the only one I'll tout here.

Good Luck Gris, like your call. Would look at the #6 to add in the exacta as well at a big price
