  • Another Big Brown-type opportunity to beat the sheep

Consider betting against Curlin Saturday in the Stephen Foster at Churchill. He'll be bet just as heavily as Big Brown and might be vulnerable coming off a layoff and Dubai race.

Curlin will be carrying 128 pounds Saturday!!

This is like the old days when stars were required to carry high weight to prove their ability. Kelso and Dr. Fager both won carrying 132 against rivals carrying 15-20 pounds less.

Here's the field. I expect several scratches but a possible play is Grasshopper who is finally rounding into form after showing promise last year.

Nowmally I would agree with ya. But Curlin has been training great unlike Big Brown.

Curlin gets the job done. Einstien or Grasshopper for 2nd. Need Sam P to get in there for some type of good payoff.

Curlin in a single in my pick 6 and 4
            Good Luck to everyone

Richie: [after Gus hits a homerun] Wow and he did it without steroids.
            Clark: What's steroids?
Richie: Something that makes your pee-pee smaller.
Clark: There must be steroids in macaroni!

Curlin wins, didn't see the race, 1:49.68 seems kinda slow to me, but he probably wasn't pushed.
