  • Derby Day Express

    I already have my Oaks plays; here are my Derby Plays in no particular order

    Smooth Air - I like the way they have had this horse progressing from 5f sprints all the way up to his last at 1 1/8; his works have been good from 7f to a mile up to now; blew out 3f in 38

    Court Vision - If you look at some of this horses races; he has been very wide & was in contention in each 1; adding blinkers might do the trick for a win

    Recapturetheglory - His Illinios Derby win reminded me of War Emblem's win there a few years back & he went on to the win the Derby. His front running style with the ability to kick away has to make 1 wonder

    Gayego - His ability to press the pace should land him in a good spot turning for home; knows how to battle down the stretch;

    Cool Coal Man - another grinder; throw out his last race; has beaten a few of these entered; if he gets position (5th or 6th) before the 1st turn, they could all be looking at him down the stretch

      On with you with Court Vision.

      I like smooth air if the track is sloppy.

      Good Luck
      Good Luck to everyone

      Clark: What's steroids?
      Richie: Something that makes your pee-pee smaller.
      Clark: There must be steroids in macaroni!
