Well they may shut down all the NYRA tracks come Jan 1. So we will see

The NYRA has/is in trouble financially and has run the business into the ground. The NYS government is reviewing bids to have outside companies take over the tracks (with slots) but the offers have not been strong per the NYRA, because they say the land (which they maintain they own) is worth over $1 Billion alone. And now it the decisions are left to our lovely state government, and they will screw it up

Just another way to bet horses and keep the cost of playing exotics down while keying two top horses.

So I will take my first or top horse and play WPS. Usually 4/8/16 ($4W, $8P, $16S). Then the AB with ABCDEF is how I play the exotics. I take the top two selections and key them in front on exotics. For example, in Race 1 I played the 2/3 (to come in first) WITH 2/3/1/8/5 (to come in second) Exacta. The same for the Trifectas.

Didn't do so hot today, but when hot it costs less and pays large.
