Will have 3 to 4 plays as I go through the card at Santa Anita and Gulfstream. Here is the first one. I would also like to mention yesterday I got screwed on my horse play. It was a deliberate massacre of Two Dimensional yesterday. The horse stumbled then got sandwhiched which resulted in the last one out of the start. The horse was flying by horses but had to exert too much energy to do so.
Today I'm looking at Santa Anita's 6th race. For $20,000claimers this race brings out a lot of high Beyer stiff company. 5 Cat of Fifty Seven is the prohibitive 2-1 favorite. A repeat of the last puts him at the wire. Also, the scariest thing about this runner is his trainer's (Jorge Acala) recently found ability to improve his record from 9% wins to 20% wins. Having won two in a row I'm going to hope the 5 horse bites the dust. I can't leave him out though.
The Play: Exacta box 3-5-7-9-10
Yes a lot of combo's for sure. If I can beat the 5 this one will pay well. If the 5 runs I will lose a little bit of change.
