The Big A 11/8 Spot Plays

Weather is a mess here in NY. This will be a messy track. Making these selections strickly off of connections, if they scratch them no plays. WPS betting only.

RACE 1 #9 - Dutrow has Prado in the saddle for owners Goldfarb/Dubb/Davis, this combo doesn't lose much.

RACE 4 #7 - Normally would take the Pletcher/Velazquez #2, but Pletcher has been struggling with 2 yr olds at Big A and this horse should be big chalk. Albertani has done well with Maidens this meet.

RACE 6 #3 - Owner Evans gives the nod to this horse, and Castellano strong in Allowances. Although the #10 will be tough under Coa with 1st and 2nd finishes prior to a poor last.

RACE 7 #8 - A tough one, but will take Coa on this Maiden over the #8 ML favorite with Madrid. Also hard to leave out the #4 and #10, with strong connections, but leaning on Coa here

In the 9th I had the #8 as my pick as well with Santos at Six Furlongs, but I see too many contenders in this race (ones I have won with before). The #11, #4, #2 (nice longshot) and the AE #13 if in, can all take it. Wish him luck, still a very good pick.

Your best bet today would be to stay away or bet small.
