Churchill Downs Race 5 Breeders Cup Filly and Mare Turf Play #4 Film Maker
This horse is being totally overlooked because of the presence of legitmately great Ouija Board and Wait A While. But Film Maker is unbelievably consistent, hitting the board in 22 of 26 starts. She's finished third in this race once and second the other time. Her trainer is dumping regular rider Dominguez specifically to get Prado and comes into this in the best form of her life.

He's the morning line favorite but everybody's knocking him and I think he'll balloon to 5-1. Good. Aragorn doesn't lose. He's won four in a row and HAS WON OR PLACED IN ALL EIGHT STARTS in America. Trainer Drysdale the best there is at pointing for a race. Aragorn destroyed a field at Del Mar this summer and has won two races since while not being cranked up. Excellent grass rider in Nakatani.
Churchill Downs Race 9 Breeders Cup Turf Play #4 Scorpion
This horse was a top three year old in Europe last year and is making only his second start as a four year old. The outing four weeks ago was just a freshener. That race was over heavy turf and Scorpion was carrying 133 pounds. It did him a world of good and he's ready. His sire, Montjeu, is becoming the best distance sire in the world and keeps producing champions. This one is the only one in the field, other than Hurricane Run, who is really bred for the full 1 1/2 miles. Hurricane Run seems off form right now while Scorpion is a fresh horse, getting first time Lasix and comes from the world's top trainer of turf horses.
