The entrants in this race are coming from different venues, different classes, different surfaces, and different distances. From what I can determine #6 Wanaka, ridden by Ryan Fogelsonger looks like a key player here. The main concerns are 1. he won last out and 2. he'll be quite a ways behind the pace setters at the half mile. Nevertheless, he looks tough in this one. #1 Bocca Al Luppo is a negative dropper with a new low tag of $32,000. The trainer has been hitting hard with runners from off the bench so you can't leave this one out.
#3 Terrific Tom is also a hard knocker who loves the distance and seems to be a horse for the course at Laurel.
