NHL Odds: Jets Look to Pull Even Versus St. Louis
The Winnipeg Jets and St. Louis Blues will reconvene this Tuesday in St. Louis to continue their best-of-seven series, and there’s a lot riding on Tuesday’s game. A Blues victory would push Winnipeg to the brink of elimination, while a Winnipeg win would even the series and reestablish the Jets’ home ice advantage. The First-Round matchup between these teams is proving to be a dandy already. We’ve seen everything from highlight-reel goals to otherworldly saves to downright nasty physical play. Prior to Game 3, there were serious concerns about the Winnipeg Jets’ netminder Connor Hellebuyck. While he let in six goals in two games, several could be considered must-save shots. And while Game 3’s performance wasn’t perfect, Hellebuyck made some key saves to allow his team to build some momentum and capture a win on the road.
