As president, he has been to New York many times.
Obama went to New York at the end of May 2009, for his date night with Michelle.
He's gone to New York to address the United Nations General Assembly in 2009 and 2010.
And of course, Obama has held numerous political fundraisers in New York.
But for all the times he's been in New York City, he's never been to Ground Zero as president, never going there on September 11th to commemorate the anniversary of the terrorist attacks.

Guys, it sickens me that a number of you are making this into a political thread. Stop acting like children and be proud that our troops and president got the job done. When we got saddam I was grateful that bush and co got the job done. This should be great new to everyone. We are all Americans, so act like it. As a proud American it is my right to questions things ... I will have to give all the credit in the world to Obama for giving the ok IF Osama was in there ... I am hearing too many versions of what went on and what happened ... I just want some proof .. it is amazing no pics of him dead ... no pics of us throwing him over-board ... nothing that proves he has not been dead for years ... but I know, the government says we got him and we ALL know how much we can trust them ...Originally posted by grandmama View Post
