Doesn't matter, we're pulling oil like crazy out of western ND. Most of it gets shipped to Japan and China. We don't have enough refineries, plus it's called Dirty Oil, or Heavy Oil, so it's hard to refine I guess. Sounds like a crock of shit to me though.
