smelling flowers after a person dies

We've been living in the same place since the day we were born and never smelled flowers as strong as what we have been smelling recently. There are no flowers in our garden to give out that smell just orchids which have no smell at all. My niece who was 37 passed away just recently. She was too young & it was very unexpected. She died w/ her 8 month old baby in her womb due to a heart attack. They say her spirit is around. What do you guys think?

Nobody can answer if her spirit is around.All I can say is if it helps you deal with the loss then believe in it with all your heart and enjoy smelling them floweres everyday.

IMO spirits do you exists. I believe when we die we leave our physical bodies and are spirit bodies carry on. Could be the answer to the smell of the flowers.

No they both didn't make it. The child died soon after the mother.
