So if a white guy is driving a van of Mexicans into the US and get stopped for a tail light out, the police won't be asking the driver for ID? Odd thing Vols is that anyone in the country LEGALLY on a temp or work visa MUST have their documents with them 24/7. So the only ones upset would be the ones w/o.

I think AG in Fla is possibly putting together a bill that would require EVERY law enforcement agent to ask EVERY party involved in a stop for proof of citizenship. This would then shut up the bleeding heart garbage liberals who's only goal is to protect illegals only.

Of course most of the illegals are hispanic and that's why it will be racial profiling no matter what. The red head suspect is not the same thing. Its another bettorschat analogy that doesn't work. While the suspect is a red head that is being looked for because of something specific this law makes every hispanic a suspect. How is that right?
