most of you do not seem to be big sports fans,have you ever considered hanging out in a real political forum or chatroom-i am not a rocket scientist,but it just seems like the political conversations would be a lot more-WELL YOU GUYS KNOW WTF I AM SAYING-DISCUSSING POLITICS IN A FORUM FOR GAMBLING DEGENERATES JUST SCREAMS GOOFY TO ME-just seems like there are a lot better places out there to rant politics ??????????

I agree Chunger.I know I get caught up in the conversastions like an idiot myself but when guys join the site and their first post is in the political section it tells me they bring nothing to this site but an opinion and just want to argue.These guys don't have to post plays but damn they don't even post in the sports discussions

I only wish we could discuss sports in the manner we discuss politics. It seems that all we do-including myself is post our plays. I know its hard to discuss every game on the board, but I think it would be cool if we could do more in the fall. For instance, we could have a game of the week in college and NFL and we could all break down the games together. I mean if we all got together and broke down one game a week in college and the pros there's no way we could lose ( actually there is) but if we discussed a game a week, we could work together and break down the games from multiple points of views and therefore, would have a better chance of making a sound desicion. I think we have some really good cappers on here, and I know that if we all worked together, and put our pride on the sidelines for a bit, we could really win some coin together.

It gets so f-ing annoying watching the same people bump threads hour after hour and minute after minute fighting about the same shit over and over and over and over and over again. I hate it to be honest. The arguments NEVER change and neither do the people arguing. I used to be all for the forum but now it just annoys the fuck out of me!

I bet everyday on sports. I'm a season ticket holder to the phillies and villanova college basketball. There is only so many times u can talk about where lebron is going

I do have an idea for those not happy reading about politics. Don't read. Nobody forcing you to these threads. This site combines sports and politics. My 2 favorite things.

How is it dead? There is a difft discussion daily. Guns, war, media.. etc... I really don't understand why anyone would whine about something they aren't being forced to do. There are other sections here that I don't feel I want to read. Do I go in there and complain? No. So what's the problem

That's simply not true. We had a long thread about the media coverage today without mentioning either one. Also, in the political thread there is a good chance that obama and bush along with rep and dem are gonna be a major part of it. There are several of us having some good discussions and several others reading. I would think that is a postive for the forum

Go look at the forums terd. That forum has more replies and threads bumped than ANY OTHER and it is the same TOOLS all day fighting with each other and getting NOWHERE in the discussions.

This place should be called PoliticsChat.com

Everybody should simply state that they are a Dem. or a Repub. and we will know where they stand on every issue and we can close the forum. All it is, is 2 herds of sheep, 1 for each side!
