    I don't agree with you on that point b/c there is NO way you can prove his decision was based on his own financial interests. And look at the low amount of stock he had. Was he making a fortune on this ruling? And funny how the left is getting their panties in a bunch with this news (lead story on MSNBC), but they seemed to have dropped the ball when it came to the holdings of Congress who benefited from the HC bill.






    I think judges should be appointed because shouldn't have to worry about making rulings that appeal to their base.

    Unlike making rulings to appeal to the politicians who appoint them?

      I see your point, but I still think it would be better than judges having to cater to people that gave them campaign money and the people I mentioned earlier.
