How is it not the same? you can't have both sides of the argument. Either you have to believe the words in the bill/law or you don't. Simple enough that I would have thought even you could understand. How can you villify what "isn't " in the HC law but champion what "isn't" in the AZ law?

if you took the time to read the AZ bill you would know that any person or persons cannot be just randomly stopped on the street without first being in violation of something.

BTW, Do you even know the ramifications of what happens to you as an american if you enter mexico illegally??? I'm betting dollars to donuts you have no clue. Fact is if I entered mexico illegally and the police stopped me and found out i didnt enter legally I would be immediately thrown in jail(for up to 2years) fined and then deported. ALL persons entering mexico must "register" with the government. How bout we start treating them the way they treat us. Better yet how bout instead of you crying foul towards arizona why dont you criticize Mexico for how they treat their illegals.

So would you then accept the law if it read that EVERYONE who was stopped for the reasons allowed by the AZ law (secondary offense) were asked to provide documentation?
