I never said September 11th was Bill Clintons fault. I said that
the anger was in place for September to be/ and was planned before George W Bush was in office i.e. when Bill Clinton was in office. The problem with most (like you) is they fault the President no matter who he/she is for everything. As far as Richard Clark, I know all about him.
