    Fucking makes me sick!!!

    Here's my rant for today.

Yesterday, I make a few first round matchup wagers. I got busy at work, then had to go to school last night, so I never got a chance to see how they finished up. So I get home from school last night, flip over to ESPN to catch the last half of Baseball Tonight, then for Sportscenter to catch up on the Masters.

Not surprisingly, to quote ESPN "the story of the day belongs to Tiger Woods." Really??? The story of the day doesn't belong to 50 year old Fred Couples who holds the outright lead after 1 round? Or 60 year old Tom Watson, coming off an inspiring effort at Turnberry last year, leading for most of the day and only 1 shot off the lead???

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Tiger hater. I respect the man's abilities and love watching him golf, just not 24/7 coverage when there is a stacked field playing just as well if not better than him. This isn't because of his latest actions, in fact, I kind of like him a little more now than ever
I don't blame him for what he's done, if we were to switch shoes, I'd do the same damn thing, I just never would have gotten married.

Back to golf and my matchups. So I have K.J. Choi +150 over Tiger. After 20 minutes of watching every move Tiger made on the golf course, I'm thinking, hell, Choi must have played like shit and I lost the wager. WRONG! After 20 minutes of Tiger coverage, they FINALLY post the leaderboard and guess what??? K.J. Choi is 5 under and beat Tiger by one. Did I hear anything about that?? FUCK NO! And it wasn't like Choi was trying to hide out in that bright ass yellow shirt he was wearing. I saw him numerous times that first 20 minutes of the show while standing in the background watching what seemed like every 68 of Tiger's strokes he made yesterday.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, give me some GOLF coverage, not just TIGER coverage.

Thanks for listening, I feel better

Have a wonderful weekend with more Couples and Watson, and less Tiger

Yeah, it does get old an i was a tiger fan, but it was sickening yesterday as they followed every move he made. Glad for Watson, I think Choi played extremely well seeing how he was stuck with the circus that is Tiger

I am surprised that ESPN doesn't show Tiger when he is taking a 'piss' somewhere. There coverage makes me sick !

Lately, what I have noticed and found out about many of the ESPN commentors and espn radio jocks etc... also makes me sick. What a joke....

OK, so that's my short rant....
" So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide.
.....All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us
      "

If you have Direct Tv channel 701-705 is giving extra coverage and you can follow the leaderboard to see if your bets won or not.
        or
Go to Masters.com and look at the leaderboard snd see if you won.I wouldn't wait on ESPN to show you ALL the scores.

I do agree about Tiger getting the attention.Freddy and Watson should have been the talk of the day

For the true sports fan it can be annoying that one player is not playing the best gets all the attention. But the ratings for the TMZ, Girlfriends, casual tv watcher are so into this. The ratings for this years Masters on Thursday was 50% higher this year with Tiger than it was last year without Tiger.....

buddy, Tiger played last year in the Masters and finished in the Top 10. The Ratings are higher because of the scandal and aw factor involving Tiger, not because he missed last year and is playing this year.

I was at Monday's practice round. We watched Tiger on #11 green then watched him and Freddy C. tee off on 12. When he was putting on #11, he did what others did during practice. They'll throw down a few balls and putt on different parts of the green to get a feel for how the green rolls in various parts. There was a huge gallery in the grandstands there. We were standing down by the #12 teebox. Tiger lipped out one of his putts and there was a collective "aaaooohhh' groan as though it were Sunday on the 17th green. My brother and I looked at each other like, 'are you f'in kidding me?!...this is Monday, not Sunday." I hear ya, KB.

So, I just checked out espn.com to see the scores from the PGA Championship. Front and center is Tiger Woods, "Off to a blazing start" no less. So I click on the leaderboard expecting him to be leading, hardly... 2 under through 8 holes. No doubt, a nice start to the tourney, but there are 2 other golfers 4 under through 6 FUCKING holes!!!!! Now that's a motherfucking blazing start. Give me a fucking break with this Tiger Woods shit. FUCK!!!

                      Ok, i'm better now

I was watching TNT at lunch, it appears they have only 1 camera, and it's following that one guy who use to be good, cheated on his wife, can't remember, oh yea, Eldrick Woods.
