i don't watch MSNBC a lot, but I was passing by the channel and I caught the following video showing the messages Stupak was getting from people in his district. I wirte my Rep( Spencer Bachus) all the time, but I have never cursed or threatened him in any way. You would be amazed what happens when you write a letter to your repersentatives-they actually write you back or call you; people just don't do it enough. These tea party people are dangerous and I am an advocate for free speech, but I believe they are going to act out violently soon. People like that are terrorist in my book and should go to jail. The Pub party that I was a part of for a time being have totally left my views and I no longer agree with the direction the leaders in the party are taking now. They are extremist that only cater to the far right of the party and IMO it will be the end of the GOP soon enough. Pubs need to distance themselves from these people.

Welfare and food stamps was created to help people out.It's now a fucking way of life for most people.And these libs keep supporting them.Blows my mind how they look at there check every week and see the taxes took out of there check for these bums to live off of and not be pissed.BLOWS MY MIND

Exactly. Food stamps and welfare were created to be a stop gap - to help people who were STILL TRYING to help themselves. Now, it is way of life and the majority feel it is their RIGHT to be given this.
Drug test those on welfare and food stamps JUST like those that get drug tested on their jobs.
It will NEVER happen because it infringes on their rights.

If I have to be drug free to keep my job, how is it fair that those on welfare and food stamps aren't subject to the same testing ??
