When Obama took the mic Wednesday to talk about—what else?—health-care reform, it seemed like it would be another formulaic speech. But he surprised us by taking Congress to task in a fiery plea: "The American people want to know if it's still possible for Washington to look out for their interests."

Maybe if it's modeled after the Post office? Whoops, nevermind.
Maybe it will be as solvent as SSI and Medicare? Whoops, no money there.
Dumping 18 million people on to Medicaid sounds good given the current budget surpluses of most states. Whoops again.
Hopefully as efficient and prompt as the DMV too.
