Has anyone actually read about the reason for the increase? Less pool of healthy people from either layoffs or cancelling insurance, and remaining pool of unhealthy people using services that are costing more. Congress should be looking at this when it comes to pre existing condition coverage can't be done w/o a mandate as the same thing will happen, just on a larger scale.
