I'm worried about Kaz and the libs in here. They are all very quiet, I hope that didn't do anything drastic. Unfortunately for the libs, this is just the beginning of the end for them, people are fed up with all this out of control spending.
Senator Jim Webb (D) puts out a statement that puts the notion of a quick Senate vote out of reach and pretty much makes a certification fight moot:
In many ways the campaign in Massachusetts became a referendum not only on health care reform but also on the openness and integrity of our government process. It is vital that we restore the respect of the American people in our system of government and in our leaders. To that end, I believe it would only be fair and prudent that we suspend further votes on health care legislation until Senator-elect Brown is seated.

Jim Webb.
I would not go as far to say Webb is doing this for the right reasons. Keep in mind all Dems were put on notice tonight and they will be wise to move from the far left and socialist agenda of Obama. Watch the rats start to jump ship to save there seats.
Libs are still in shock that this happened. Are there any free government grief counseling programs out there for them???
No, bush would have been on vacation in dip-shit texas during a disater . He did a great job "f" ing up katrina
Your such a fucking idiot. How is the President repsonsible for local government issues? Where was all of your finger pointing during the floods in the Midwest or the massive snow storms in Minnesota which displaced more Americans than Hurricane Katrina.

So you're comparing the over one million people that were displaced from Katrina, which was a storm that blew over in 36 hours and killed over 2500 people, to the multiple storms in the midwest over an extended period of time that killed less than 100 and displaced thousands? And by the way, they received federal monies and aid just like they did for Katrina. I'd like to see the figures of displaced Americans from that of Katrina.
And how is the president responsible when local government is completely overwhelmed in such a short time frame such as Katrina? You have to even ask that? Of course he's responsible. Bush was barely aware of the situation in New Orleans until after a few days had passed. The two aren't even remotely comparable.
And if you're going to call someone an idiot, you should know the difference between your and you're.
