My point is who cares what Dick Cheney has to say? He is now a private citizen and can say whatever he wants. And people can agree or disagree, but to go backwards like his statements have some importance is odd to me.

I say, if he's Gbell, who cares? I think he is just based on his debating style, but honestly, he is intelligent and knows his politics. However he has a very grating way of debating, with an incessant need to ask questions and then disagrees with any response. But I respect his knowledge for the most part. He challenges me and I've become more knowledgeable about a variety of things even though I may have not wanted to.

And I do ask questions as I have been taught that communication is 70% listening and 30% talking. So I do ask ?'s to see what people think. I then frequently follow up with questions after a reply. It is in no way an attempt to persuade someone's beliefs or opinions, but opening a dialogue. It works with most, but not everyone.

I wasn't referring to the sarcasm but more towards your point of saying 'ban away' and then getting a little dig in on Monte as well. Not the best or brightest comeback you've ever made!

It's fine to ask questions, but sometimes your style is like a pitbull and it's a little annoying. Keep on truckin' if the powers to be allow you to. I have no quibble with you! Yet....
