hey watch it grandma. When he cant think of anything else to say he will resort to calling racial stereotype names. He called me a boy(what a sting) in a previous post. He claims he has mixed couples in his family.

big country. the guy is an idiot. he didn't even finish college... he makes stuff up and uses fear to make people believe the stuff he says. just because he's an TV doesn't make him an expert. I don't know about you, but if I want to learn something, I at least want my teacher to have a degree in whatever they're teaching me. I'm not saying the dude is a bad guy; he's just a puppet. Someone Murdoch can control. But he's far from being an expert.

I've noticed on several occasions and a poll that you bring up a college degree. This is a copy and paste that I think you might find informative.

For years, I have heard and seen where people associate the lack of a college degree with a lack of intelligence. Ironically, this is usually used by small minded individuals who apparently can't win an argument using facts, so they try to discredit others with childish attacks and accusations. In any event, while education is important, intelligence has little to do with paper framed on the wall. This is a list of people who have been successful in a variety of fields without the benefit of graduating college.

I'm not backing down from my statement. many people think he's an expert, but he has no idea what he's talking about. he has a platform to spew his thought everyday, and many people think he's an expert. this makes the country dumb. I'm not saying that one has to have a college degree to go far in life. I don't care where artist came from: actors, music, etc. But, if one is going to talk about politics, policy, etc on a daily basis, they should have a college degree; if they have the platform that Beck and hannity have... You notice, I do not mention anything about people like Pat Buchanan. he's about as right as you can get, but he's a smart guy.

So according to you, no one should listen or have listened to the following:

                George Washington
                Harry Truman
                Abe Lincoln
                Peter Jennings
Rush Limbaugh (I know you how you will answer that one!)
                Michael Moore
                Jesse Ventura
                Al Sharpton
                Larry King and
                Walter Cronkite

They all have or had HUGE platforms and no college degrees.

truman is the only Pres since 1887 not to have a college degree. all of the people you listed grew up in a time that a lot of people did not go to college. In regards to Washington and Linclon.

                  Your list:
                  M Moore: artist
                  Jesse Ventura= entertainer
Larry King- doesn't spew his views. he's from the old school where he actually ask questions and lets his guest talk.
Peter Jennings- see above.. same as larry king
Al Sharpton- religous leader.. doesn't matter.
You're missing the point. None of the guys above, that are alive today do not spew their views every night on tv and radio. I do know Jesse has a new tv show, but I have yet to watch it.Beck does, and most he makes shit up.

No. Didn't you read my first posts about mma only?

I can't believe you don't think Moore, Ventura (a gov, not just an entertainer), Limbaugh, and Sharpton don't have a platform. They are all present-day college flunkies. Just b/c they aren't on a show daily (except Limbaugh) doesn't diminish their platforms.

And Ventura's show is Conspiracy Theory. Latest episode was how the governmanet was responsible for blowing up the WTC.

I had a suspicion that our government had something to do with that years ago ... Certain things just did not make sense to me .. especially the way those buildings came down .. Building number 7, the third building that came down ... it just fell on it's own

That was a good show last night ...

Beck's a gold digging shill that Jon Stewart and others have exposed. He has zero credibility.
