          i hope you felt the same way when clinton was selling pardons. give bush credit, i don't believe he did any of this crap clinton did.

            people on tv this morning were talking about clemency and pardons. there is a big difference that i didn't know about when this first came out. they were saying granting someone clemency only gets them a review to the parole board, it doesn't get you out of whatever you did. i think the prosecutor didn't show up for the parole hearing, and that is why he was let out of prison. like most storys, there is always more to it than someone trying to get some political or attention gains. having said that, it still doesn't look good for him running as a rep. it's like al gore running up huge energy bills and telling people it is critical to use less energy.
