hey al sharpton jesse jackson........I said it for u
I assume you didn't see my 2nd post in this thread that reads it wasn't directed towards you, but your quote was used to make my point. But thank you for reading, and I accept your apology.
I tried to make a post with my info, but never was posted. I am new to the site as a member, but joined after I started seeing more active mma postings. And I wanted to join in since I am not much of a sports bettor.
But I started posting in here since the postings seemed so active and energetic. I am a registered republican, but not an ideolog. BOTH sides have serious flaws, and it's a pipe dream but if discussions were able to be had without blame and finger-pointing, the US would be in much better shape imo.

By the way, no genius either here. I guess it was you thorwing a stone then complimenting, but again, I accept your apology.

I don't have a problem with the KKK being at the game.I didn't have a problem when the blacks were protesting the rebel flag either.People belive in there heritage and as AMERICANS we ALL should be able to do it without backlash.Listen I'm southern as hell and here is where I stand on racism.Whites would rather be around whites and blacks would rather be around blacks. It ain't no secret on both sides.Go to a m-all and not many stores cater to both races. You have black malls and you have white malls. You have white churches and you have black churches. You have white schools and you have black schools. It's just the way it is and were all guilty of it.Were taught not to judge people by the color of there skin but yet in every aspect of life thats how it's seperated. It's not the Souths fault or the people in the south it just seems like corperations and government are the main ones keeping us seperated from each other.ANY ONE ELSE AGREE?

gma, i like you...admit to me that there is a double standard and i will never discuss race again.....Do you think there is a double standard that blacks can say whatever they want? And the min a white person says something there is an outraged and demand for his job, family, career etc..........

Is this for real? This is very, very narrow minded. I agree that people like to be around others who are similar to them but that should have nothing to do with skin color.

As to your point on how malls cater to their clientel I doubt they cater to specific races. They cater to a certain demographic.

Ive said this before and I will say it again, Its usually poor, uneducated people who are usually the racists and thats on both sides of the fence (white and black). People like to enjoy blaming others for their own shortcoming.

From my experience people in urban areas are more race tolerant because they have been exposed for types of people but folks in rural areas seem to have a problem with anyone who isn't white. JMO

                      PEACE

IMO, I think most people have some racism in them. I didnt say all, I said most and that is what I believe to be true from my lifes experience.

You really think most people are racist, or do you think most people are prejudiced?

                                Hey spark,

No im making fun of the likes of a couple of people here because whenever there is some type of racial thing going on in this country thats who a few will point at al sharpton and jesse jackson like they represent african americans. My black friends resent these clowns as most educated blacks do because they look at these two as opportunists.

But you can tell the actual people who have friendships with educated people of different ethnicities because they would know that middle class educated minorities dont look at these two as someone positive. I have never looked or believed anything that two have said. Like I said their opportunists who make money on poor blacks and the fear of corporations and listen.........
for the guys who have a hard on for these two(and mention their name everytime) it proves even more that they have a problem with minorities.

I mean look at the posters who keep bringing up these clowns..
