Hey guys there is NO DOUBT IN MY MIND that Pain knew Kunitz was injured. Him and I are big hockey fans and this Kunitz injury news was stated about 3-5 days ago. This is the exact reason why he made this wager
SOBER SINCE MARCH 28TH OF 2007!!!

Nov 15 RW Chris Kunitz will miss two weeks with a lower-body injury, head coach Dan Bylsma said. The Penguins are treating Kunitz with caution because they believe RW Tyler Kennedy rushed back from a lower-body injury. He missed three games, played Nov. 5 at Los Angeles, and has missed the past five since.

I said time and time again that i have hit these, you guys can believe whatever you want, ,beardown seems to be the only one getting my point here, he said it best If i make a mistake...too bad for me, but if they make a mistake they can just fix it anytime they want in their favor.

        * if action is offered it's not my fault that the player doesn't play, if he's not playing then why are you offering action ? NOT MY PROBLEM.

i forgot that i actually posted the props that won so I STRONGLY advise most people in this thread to read post #28, #33 and #43 in the thread below, and trust me if my account activity went back that far i would post you guys the tickets.

My site states if someone is out the bet is off. That site doesn't do that?

Pain said he has played these before and has been paid no problem.

Like you said Chado, if this guy was out for the last week, then why would a book put this guys name out there to begin with ??

Are there people out there who put money on Kunitz (not knowing he was out) and had their play graded as a loss? given their money back ??
I think this is uncalled for Chado.

DAMN right it's uncalled for 8thpol (the book wasn't even bodog, where did he get that from ?)

How do you know Pain knew Kunitz was out ??

Chado is a mind reader, he is psychic, that is the only way i can figure that he knew if i knew kunitz was out ? I guess he assumed because i am a hockey fan i would know. Well never assume anything.

Pain said he has played these before and has been paid no problem.

I have played and they have paid before, i actually went and posted the thread from last year where i did hit these exact props, you can check it out above 8thpol. solid proof right above. post #28, 33 and 43

My point exactly 8thpol why did they put him out there, that's not my problem.

Are there people out there who put money on Kunitz (not knowing he was out) and had their play graded as a loss? given their money back ??

Great question and i also would love to know the answer

Ditto, and none say it on the ticket. It is listed in the betting rules. Books makes mistakes like this ALL THE TIME with bad lines or props where players do not play. THAT is why it is stated in the rules that it will be NO ACTION IF THEY CATCH IT. If they don't, consider yourself lucky. I've seen many bad lines on games and if it is a game i wanted to bet, i ALWAYS email them and point it out AND tell them to fix it. They always do and then i bet it. I would rather do that than try and pull a quick one on a book only to receive a NO ACTION ticket. Simply isn't worth it to me and they catch it 99.9% of the time anyway. Whether there was a line or not, if the guy was out, he was out and i understand fully why the book didn't honor it.

while i was on the phone BW they redirected me to rules page that wasn't even a part of the actual website, then a list of rules for every single sport so they guy tells me to click here, here and here and viola there it is, the problem is it's not on the ticket, it's not on the screen, and it is not visible to the average person unless you know where to make those 4 or 5 clicks to get to that bogus rules page. It's nowhere in the wagers, or props section or anything like that.

It really felt like they just created that page or that rule while i was on hold and then redirected me to that page after being on hold.

again BW i just posted these exact props i took last year, never had a problem until now.

That's pretty weak, it should say it right under the wager.

wayne did you read any of my other posts or better yet did you look at my thread that i posted from last year ? seriously ? so your saying that all 3 or 4 of those props in my thread from last year are no action ? Every winner was paid. you say they catch it 99.9 %, maybe there was nothing to catch and i did hit those last year and they put that rule in for this year, because i don't know how i would hit 4 of these in a row last year and now all of a sudden they have a rule.

Did you read my post? I don't care about last year, i care about this thread and this ticket you posted about. I also said if they paid before on a similiar case, consider yourself lucky. It's pretty simple pain, if the guy didn't play, it is EVERY books RIGHT not to pay out that ticket and they didn't.

I know BW that's what i'm all yelling and screaming about over here !

you take a lot of props like me so i know you know. Like for example i usually take a prop on MNF maybe a TD scorer or a player O/U an amount of rushing yards, and it always says right there on the props screen or even on the ticket after the wager is placed, it says all players or specific player must play for action, or like a game prop, game must be played at least 55 minutes for action.

I just read that thread pain and why, i don't know but you asked if i did so i did. You make my point for me. You say right in post 28 how "UNBELIEVEABLE" it is that they never took it off the board and you did it twice in that series. Good for you, LIKE I SAID, you pulled one over on the book and they didn't catch it. So what, it doesn't mean when they do catch one that it can't be pulled from under your feet. You said then you KNEW you were pulling a fast one on the book but you had no clue last night? I too find that hard to believe. I actually can't believe you are that pissed about it. You screwed the book twice and got away with it but since they caught it this time it's bullshit? Are you serious??

didn't you tell me you were staying out of my threads ? a couple different times, your a moderator you can do whatever you want, and you do. I mean since your just going to take the books side i really don't need you in here rooting on my book. I saw your first reply and i understand your and the books point. what is amazing is you won't even take the time to see MY point ? Kind of like the book.

considering the wagers are from the same exact book and they are the same exact wagers it is relevant that these ALL did hit last year, even though you may not care.

No, i don't think i ever did. I moderate and don't stay out of any threads and when you post a thread here, they are open for comment. Why do you ask, because i disagree with you being pissed over trying to screw a book and rip a site sponsor?

You are missing my point as well. If books honored every mistake they made, none of them would be in business anymore and just because others were overlooked, it doesn't mean they all should be.
