I am being "realistic." What's not "real" is the photo. What's sad is that right and left wing propaganda groups circulate stuff like this through email to get people to simply hate whoever it is they are targeting rather than getting people to read and make informed decisions on their own. I see a lot on forums unfortunately. A lot of people, I'm sure, have seen this photo and think it's real.

It's a poor attempt to discredit him and his desire to get health care reform, whether you agree with him or it or not.
