Illinois is the 2nd largest corn grower in the u.s. and he has been reaping subsidies for all of his boys in this state. Thats why he voted for the Bush/Cheney Energy Policy. He put in for some big money in order to vote for it.

There is alot of shit this guy has been into with his Chicago click, including some small donations to his campaign from an Iraqi who fled after stealing 650 million in reconstruction money who now lives in Chicago.
