Actually you have your facts mixed up. Clinton wasn't impeached for getting a blow job. Here is text from the Library of Congress on the impeachment:

"On Article I, that charged that the President "...willfully provided perjurious, false and misleading testimony to the grand jury" and made "...corrupt efforts to influence the testimony of witnesses and to impede the discovery of evidence" in the Paula Jones lawsuit, the President was found not guilty with 45 Senators voting for the President's removal from office and 55 against. Ten Republicans split with their colleagues to vote for acquittal; all 45 Democrats voted to acquit. On Article II, charging that the President "...has prevented, obstructed, and impeded the administration of justice"..., the vote was 50-50, with all Democrats and five Republicans voting to acquit"

And saying that a president is responsible for the deaths of soldiers at war is completely ignorant.

Bush declared war on a country for faulty information. And because of that, thousands have lost their lives. The only thing that's ignorant is that you believe we belong there or that we needed to go....

Clinton WAS IMPEACHED. Here is a little history lesson for you.

Impeachment is so rare that the term can be misunderstood. (as you have clearly demonstrated) A typical misconception is to confuse it with involuntary removal from office - this is not the case. Impeachment is the charge by the House of Representatives that the President should be tried for removal from office. If impeached the vote goes to the Senate who needs 2/3 majority to remove the president. This is called a conviction.

2 presidents have been impeached. Meaning that they were found guilty enough to be tried for removal from office. Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton. Neither one was convicted by the Senate.

Declaring war under the conditions that he did, which were weapons of mass destruction, was incorrect. And funny how all these so called people, who we are fighting for, want us the hell out???

Thanks for serving in this country. I have no problem with that. I think you're blind by your commitment to the Conservative party. There have been numerous reasons to impeach Bush. I listed them on here a while back. Clinton was set up by the Republican's. Unfortunately, he fell for the bait. I think what he did was far less impeachable than what Bush or even Reagan did for that matter....

I agree I am stubborn and a conservative Republican. That isn't going to change. You are the opposite. That is great. I like having a little sparring match here and there with smart and informed people from the other side. I am sure we might have more of these discussions. (and neither of us will change our minds!
