We impeach Clinton for getting a blowjob, like it's some big deal and really something every president has more than likely had at one time or another. Clinton was not impeached for getting a blowjob. He was impeached for possibly lying under oath. As well as his possible questionable money trail in his fund raising.

However...It was deemed that he was either not guilty or there wasnt enough evidence to continue. Either way it was unfortunate that we had to go through that crap.

HOWEVER...Bush will not be impeached nor should he have been impeached. Please provide an example where he violated constitutional law?

Also...Dennis kusinich (that is probably way off spelling) just introduced a Bush impeachment into the congress. It is expected to die in committee. In fact I think it was supposed to be killed yesterday. However...He also stated that he would try again in 6 months if no further action had been taken. That's fine. If there is an impeachable offense something will happen.

However...There wont likely be anything. Just because you cant get passed the fact that you dont like the man and he's not from your party doesnt make him a criminal. I still dont believe Clinton was a criminal and deserved to be impeached.

The gas prices have been a long time coming. The only problem with it has been the rapid increase in price. It should have been rising gradually starting a lot sooner than it did. Everything else hasn't had time to adjust yet. It will get back there soon, even with Obama in office lol. Then he'll be seen as a "hero" and I'll have to eat crow the rest of my life

He lied to the people of this country. More than once. He said they had weapons of mass destruction. They did not. Said they were linked to Al Queda. No evidence. Said they have nuclear facilities. They did not nor did they have nuclear weapons as he stated. There's long lists of lies.

The end result is a war that has cost this country trillions, several thousand lives and no end in sight.

Our country can only go to war if the congress holds a vote and passes such an order. The POTUS may however conduct incurrsions or short order responses to immediate threats/attacks without such votes. If the prez had stood up in front of Congress and lied his ass off and congress blindly followed him then we could have an impeachment proceding. However...Congress does not follow blindly the POTUS and therefore does their own inquiries of such evidence that is presented before them using their own sources of information. At the moment I'm sorry to inform you but your political party is based in an entrenched war of blowing smoke up people's asses in order to appease people like you who "feel" that they have been wronged. They voted and a majority stood for this war that we are in. Now that we are there if you would like to debate the merits of such a war I'm for it. So in a sense, what are you saying is, that he is excused for lying to the American public? Sorry to inform you, but he is not. He could easily be tried for war crimes. He has made many mistakes in this war, before and after.

And, add to it, that at the time Congress voted for this war, it was a Conservative Congress.

He lied us into war in Iraq. He "fixed" intelligence around a pre-determined policy of preemptive war. Results: 100,000 Iraqi civilian deaths; over 4000 U.S. soldiers dead in two wars, 100s of thousands wounded and traumatized.

He lied about, misled, or misunderstood the astronomical costs of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. He continues to do so, diverting tax money for education, health care, the EPA, transportation and social infrastructure into war-making and destruction.

To impeach the president, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors must be proven.

Sorry to inform you, but there is a long list of reasonable impeachment edicts against Bush. Whether Congress choses to act on them is another story.

I'm pretty interested in hearing what these supposed war crimes may be? Since it is nearly impossible to prove that someone commits an actual crime during war. Has he borken the Geneva convention? Has he actually broken a law? Again...your personal feelings on the subject is getting in the way of your judgement. I cannot prove that he hasnt committed a crime but the burden of proof doesnt lie with the status quo in this country. Because you are simply mad that soldiers have died, which tends to happen when there are extended battles, is not a reason to impeach the president. If you would like to take the road that he is diverting funds from social programs such as education and welfare then fine we can argue that from 2 points. First...there are large fund pools that get raided to fund social programs all the time. Borrowing against social security is one of these examples. Second...where in the constitution does it say that the government is allowed to implement these social programs? Unfortunately we have been conditioned to simply accept these things though the legality of them is NOT solid. You can also not make an honest stand that these programs are hurting or that we are diverting funds illegally or even at all.

You state that he lied and fixed intelligence. If this were true how come they cannot get impeachment proceding thru a non-POTUS friendly congress? This seems to me that it should be a reasonably easy thing to do should something as simple as Bush lied under oath and made sure that intelligence pointed towards the side he wished to pursue. I find this hard to believe. What did he do? Sit down at his laptop e-mail his buddies in the military and say..."I need intel that will lead us to war". Or did he simply use his word processor to make up his own false reports and then use his personal copy machine to make 30 copies of his butt and 20 of these false reports?

The problem with your widespread conspiracy theory is that somewhere along the line someone with larger political ambition would rat him out. There would be defections from him in record numbers to try and distance themselves to salvage their own careers. There hasnt been evidence of this. In 5 years no one has been able to dig up the dirt to actually be able to procede.

People on your side have over and over again stated how they cant stand Bush because of how stupid he is...Cant even speak...Just plain stupid. Which is it? Is he stupid or is he soo smart that he can make this gigantic elaborate plan and pull the wool over everyone's eyes?
