I don't think it say's anything about Schools, Fire, and police departments either, but we have them. And what my candidate is saying that's it's going to cost about what you are paying now.

I'm sorry, I really don't mean to be mean, but to bring this up, is ignorant. Schools, Fire, and Police are all run by LOCAL, CITY, or STATE agencies, NOT the federal government. Hence the "New York City Fire Department" or "LAPD". These powers are left up to the state. You know, that part of the Constitution that mentions all thing not covered are up to the states. The FBI exists for INTER-state matters, b/c that is mentioned in the Constituion (commerce clause among others).

To bring up the fact that fire, police, and schools aren't mentioned in the Constitution, but they exist, actually is a complete 180 degrees from your viewpoint.
