Is he all of the blame? No. But when you take a position as high as his, and at the time that was (and so called "is") plus the fact that he had just gotten into office. I don't think you tell the American people that you are taking on a month long vacation. And then turn and call it a WORKING vacation too make it sound good. I have been reading this mess for a bit now, and while I agree Bush's approval rating is at an all-time low, I wonder why nothing has been mentioned about the record low for a Democratically-controlled Congress, as well as record lows for the Speaker of the House Pelosi and Majority leader Reid; who's ratings are in the teens.
