and why is it any different when criminals commit crimes their victims are victims doesnt matter what color they are. Carjackings and murders happens everyday in every state in every community. If we had WET (White Entertainment Television) .. We'd be racists.

Being 34% of the population and having control of only 75% of middle management, 80% of the House of Representatives, 90% of the Senate, 99% of the Fortune 500 CEO’s and of course, before Obama, 100% of the Presidents and Vice Presidents in our history must be a real kick in the pants for y’all.

At what point has affirmative action done it's job? What %'s do you need to see to say enough is enough, or is it an ongoing policy forever? I know there are some, but I would think the number is small, that ignore the past and our policies. But many strides have been made, so at some point living in the past is fruitless. 10-20 more years and there won't be many people even alive who went through this time in our history. Most minorities today have grown up wth affirmative action and little discrimination imo. At least less then the past.
