did you ever hear of tradesports? its like interactive in game wagering, so the line they set at the beginning of the day/week stays the same no matter what, the odds change.. though there isnt much betting action on preseason games, you just usually have action before the game starts.

during the season, u can pretty much bet a game at any time during the game, just laying different odds based on the score/situation/time left in game.
