    All-Star Game Fade

    The services can not yell OVER any louder. The over has won the last three years and a fourth hasn't happened since 1954-57. Steroids are hopefully under control now. Pitchers are lined up to take on an awesome AL lineup as well as NL lineup.
    The Under 9 1/2 is the play tonight if you believe in fades and realize history is not a bad guideline to follow.
