when the numbers are posted for all the fades in progress please dont play all the games only the majors which is 15+ combined services and 7+ difference
or pick your spots with the majors

we are only keeping records for majors anything else posted is FYI

Excellent buddy, I was going to recommend that we only play the fades with a minium 15 services and a difference of 7 or more. we went 3-0 last night in that situation. We're thinking the same and I was even going to talk to you about that! Glad you posted it, now we don't have to discuss it!

I watch the fades and appreciate and understand all of the hard work it takes to pull them together. I do not want to overstep myself but I would like to share a thought. Instead of playing games that have enough services against and a difference of 7 why not look at the percentages.

I say this because I have seen fades given out that are 30-4 (88%) and 21-13 (62%) on the same card. Would it be wise to use "X" number of services against and at least a 70% ratio as plays? I have not looked into the numbers in the case of fades but would be happy do go back and look. I use something similar when I do my NFL picks and after many years came up with a majic number of plays rated only 72% or higher.

Again, don't mean to cause problems, just trying to help.

Guys, just my two cents and sorry this is so long. I agree things would be less confuising if only one person posted the fades. All that should be posted is the number of service plays on each team. Nothing more, nothing less. I say this because I would always play a fade with, lets say, 9 services on one team and just 1 on the other team. But I would never play any fade with, lets say, 19 on one team and 11 on the other team. However, the way you are deciding which fade plays are major plays, would mean that we are fading a play with 11 services picking the team we are playing with around 60% of the services against us, YET the play with only one service on a team and 90% of the services against us WOULD NOT be a major play.

If you feel there is a need for someone to tell us which are fade plays, that's fine as long as you keep including the number of services on each team so we can decided for ourselves which fades to put our money on. I remember back when Rip started posting fades and his criteria back then was a major play must have at least 90% of the services on one team and a regular play must have at least 70% of the services on one team. If you feel the need to decide for everyone which plays are fades, then I would hope you would go back to picking the fades based on the percentages rip used.

As Rip would say, please don't take my post the wrong way. You guys are doing all the work and it's not for me to say what you should be doing, but I think you should at least consider what I am saying. In any event, as long as you continue to post the number of services on each team so anyone who wants to pick their own fade plays can, that should make everyone happy. Thanks.
