Is something going on with the NBA totals?

My local book moved the DET/PHILLY total down to 182 and
moved NJ/MIAMI total up to 192.5 ! He has not taken any bet yet. Is something going on I don't know about?

Just talked to my local and he said the reason for the moves in the lines was becasue they are "steam moves" whatever the hell that means.

Steam is a handicapping term when a big fish or syndicate bets a lot of cash on the game, and the line moves accordingly
