by using that formula the plays could be rated
60%-64% 1*
65%-70% 2*
71%-75% 3*
76%-80% 4*
81%-85% 5*
86%-90%10*
90%+ unload
but it has to be at least 15 services
so to get 80% at 15 # would have to be 12 out of 15
and as the number of services grow the harder it gets to get that 80%+
i am not at all saying we should rate them i am just showing a money management system
