Hey Phantom he could answer it better then i could .But it is a type of computer Program .Or Computer Language .I Belive it can be used to run Software Operating Systems ..Kind of like windows or MS Dos..I know a little bit about it .But if he made a program to use to pick games he must know it very well..Not easy stuff to pick up for sure

c++ is a programming language ... i took a couple of statistics courses as elective for my computer engineering degree and did some work with probability and mathematical models .. basically i import alot of statistical numbers into the program and use some probability and statistics formulas to create a projected score for games taking into consideration the most important statistical categories that have the most impact on the final score ...
