14 day contest #3.....$25 for the winner!!!!!!

Today starts contest #3. Monte has graciously donated $200 for a bi-monthly $25 POD contest. Rules are mostly the same as before. The Mods will grade the contest after every night and post a new thread on the next day. This is a 14 Day contest. Pick one game per day.

Here are the guidelines:

1)The contest will be 14 consecutive days long.


2)You must make ONE pick per day. (No catching up if you miss a day) If you miss a pick, it's a loss.


3)There will be a thread started in All Sports or the Contest Forum all 14 days by a mod and you must put your pick in that thread. In addition to posting your play in that contest thread, you MUST also post your play in a thread that YOU start in the appropriate forum.


4) If you are a regular poster of plays you don't need to start an additional thread if you already have this particular contest pick in your regular thread. Example: if VGF Baseball Dave post Kentucky in the contest thread and he also has a daily thread with 4 CBB picks in it and one is UK he doesn't have to start an additional thread just for his UK pick.


5) You have to have your pick in the contest thread as well as starting your own thread to qualify. Failure to do so and you are out!


6) College Hoops, NBA, Baseball and NHL are the sports to be selected from. All picks MUST BE less than -160 ML on the Scores and Odds CLOSING LINE. No exceptions. CLOSING lines from Scoresandodds.com will be used to grade the picks. "Current Line" at Scores And Odds is the closing line. (For eg. If the Yankees are a -170 in the "Current Line" column, they cannot be used as a play)


14 picks in 14 days and win $25 by check or Paypal (Preferable). Ties will be settled by extending the contest between the members who are tied until the tie is broken

You're good to ask anything you want in here Mavs. You're not clogging up anything. The ML limit is whatever the "current line" column states at www.scoresandodds.com, up to -160.
