i had one with blurry curvy lines & if you stared at it , a picture of jesus face appeared in a white circle . the wild thing about it was , every time you closed your eye's the same picture popped in & it lasted about 2 minutes .
Concentrate on the 4 dots in the middle of the picture for about 30 seconds
Then close your eyes and tilt your head back
Keep them closed..you'll see a circle of light;Continue looking at the circle
Do the experiment on post #19 about 3 times (one right after the other)... then go up and do the experiment on post #1.. it's bad ass.... your visual memory combines the images, LOL
There are 1000s of these things, they all have to do with physics and light... a lot of them play upon depth perception and how your brain tries to see 3-D while looking at something 2-D. Some of them are fun to figure out.
I want to get a M-X3 Pseudoscope ....sounds pretty trippie !
"The scope will suggest to the viewer that a person's face is hollow or concave but your brain refuses to accept such nonsense and so peoples' heads merely appear odd or uncomfortable to look at. It is best then to choose to look at a landscape or tree or anything which may suggest ambiguous perspective."
I guess it'd be like stareing at BigMike for too long....
