I did break out into a rash, trying Schiffs Flexall Brand. I got it as a sample from Sams Club. I had to take 4 pills for 30 days then 2 after. I broke out on the 6 day, so I stopped for a week and went back to my old brand and haven't had a problem since. My arthritis in my knee is gone. I have no ligaments or tendents in my left knee.

As an Acupuncture Doc and having worked at two Olympics on athletes, I can state that this works. However in time it begins to wear off. If you have arthritic pain - it can be due to 4 different types of diagnosis. What works for one may have little effect on another. For instance, if your joints ache (like a tooth ache) or is it inflamed. Does the wet weather affect you more or is it the cold or hot weather. Does your body run generally run cold or hot. You can tell by your tongue (those that are immature can go to the next post) Red or red with a yellow coat- Heat is in the body and the arthitis will be inflammed. A Pale Tongue indicates cold or a lack of blood which causes stagnation of blood in the body. A pale tongue with a white coating in=dicate a cold with phlegm causing stagnation. For pale tongue bettors drink warm teas and have less ice in your drinks. For red tongue bettors, cool and cold on the food and drink with no spicy foods for awhile. Gotta get back to work. Good Luck and remember taking more of the pills is not a good thing as the receptor zones need to also be protectied. Also some herbs are cold in nature and some are hot in nature as well as some in neutral. A person with a hot or warm costitution will need more water to sustain the furnace and would not take herbs that are also warming in nature. The opposite is true of coldness in the body. The real fun is when a person shows heat in the upper body and coldness below the waist or vice -versa. Thats why this area is more complex than you will ever know. (Chinese medicine has been around for 4000 years or so. More people over 1000 s of years have been cured from this type of medicine than any other.) Therefore, not everyone is going to have the same effect as you are having. Yes - Herbal Medicine will soon be in the hands of Physicians as myself. This is due to money hawking people who try to sell the advantages of an herbal medicine without concern for the side effects and with non- regulatory conditions- it just got out of hand. I hope this helps- if not, forgive my intrusion. I will check in later if anyone has a question.

PS. How long after taking these pills did you start with the Viagara's. I just want to know what I have to look foward to.......hahaha

the reason why is that the vitamin business is not regulated by the FDA and there is no law governing how much of a certain substance is in each pill to be advertised as that formula...The fact is that many brands are what they call proprietery blends.....only they know the breakdown and %'s.....You are better off finding a quality name brand that is more apt to self-regulate and have higher standards....

After taking the Schiffs brand without flexall for a few weeks, I noticed no side effects. Like is good!!
